General Guild membership meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month at 7:00p.m. The meetings are general business meetings and always close with "show and tell" sharing time of member quilt projects.

Activity meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month, usually beginning at 6:30p.m. Activities could include workshops, speakers, or open sewing on outreach or other quilt guild projects. There is usually a nominal fee for workshops and speakers.

Meetings are held at the Benicia Senior Center, located in the Benicia Civic Center, 187 East L Street (parking enters from East Second Street between L Street and Military East).
